.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Coastal low pressure system has moved northeast towards Nova Scotia
with high pressure building in from the Great Lakes. Gusty northwest
wind continues through this weekend and draws in an Arctic airmass
which could lead to freezing sea spray overnight into Sunday
morning. High pressure will then cross the waters Monday and move
east of the region Tuesday. A weak low pressure system will approach
from the west on Tuesday followed by high pressure nosing down from
Quebec for the latter half of the Holiday week.
