INLAND WATERS...Offshore flow this morning before turning onshore
later this afternoon with the arrival of a front. Seas will rise
as the low pressure system moves inland, contributing to steeper
waves. Additional marine headlines are expected over the weekend
as a westerly surge moves through the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
