Synopsis for the southern California coast and Santa Barbara
Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 20Z, or 1 PM PDT, a 1030 MB high was
centered 1000 NM west of Point Conception, and a 989 MB low was
centered in Colorado. Strong to gale force NW to W winds will affect
much of the waters into the weekend.
